Intermediate Knitting

Now that you’ve learned the basics of knitting, expand
your skills with The Intermediate Knitter course by making
2 projects: a Swatch Cap and Fingerless Mittens. You will learn:- learn 2 methods of casting on
- knitting in the round
- how to correct mistakes
- tinking: when to fix and when to let 'er rip
- choosing and knitting ribbing
- making sense of the ball band
- what's with all the yarn weights
- how to read a pattern
- how to substitute yarn
- what is gauge and its importance
- how to knit a gauge swatch
- learn several decrease methods.Bring your questions!
- learn to increase and decrease

Materials:
- 2 - 50 gr skeins sport or worsted weight yarn such as
Galway, Sirdar Escape or Mirasol Hacha
- Needles: 4.0 or 4.5 mm circular needle
